The Complete package with eggs!

Hey this is my first post hooray!

If your wondering why my blog is call improvised cooking it's because I make everything on the fly. Eventually I end up with a great recipe but not always. If your looking for original recipes then get ready for some great food! Don't worry I will only share the good recipes with you :)

Quick facts of my goals for this site:
  • Provide Information on brands that provide great nutrition from my recipes
  • Create Great Tasting Original Recipes that you will rave about ;)
  • Support those who want to cook but don't know how to

My 1st Blog Recipe: Sun April 3rd, 11:22pm

Seasoning Mix:
  •  1/2 tsp thyme
  •  1/2 tsp garlic powder
  •  1/2 tsp oregano
  •  1/2 tsp parsley
  •  1/2 tsp salt
Other Ingredients:
  • Olive Oil 1tbsp
  • Ground Chicken (amount depends on how many chicken patties you want)
    • Can substitute with turkey if you don't like chicken but I think chicken taste better
Reference: (tsp= teaspoon, tbsp= tablespoon)

Utensils Needed:
  1. seasoning bowl or any type of bowl to put your seasonings into
  2. Pan to fry chicken
  3. Spatula to flip chicken
  4. 2 plates (one to place chicken on for seasoning and one to place cooked chicken on)
Directions:

  1. Mix seasonings from "seasoning mix" all together in one bowl and stir until it is well mixed (thyme, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and salt).
  2. Make chicken size patties and place on plate
  3. sprinkle seasoning to your liking over chicken on both sides ( I usually add a thin layer... do not go over board as the seasoning mix has a lot of flavor)
  4. Heat pan up on medium heat (let it heat about 3mins) which is about the 3.5 mark on a fire stove. For electric I'm not sure because electric heats faster and hotter.
  5. Add Olive Oil to pan
  6. Add chicken and fry for about 5 to 7mins (Flipping every 60seconds) or until done. ( I usually fry it max 7mins because you get a balance of juice and guaranteed its cooked through.

And that's it your done and guess what? It's healthier than eating regular store bought sausage with heaps of grease!

I will try to get some photos ASAP so you can see how great chicken sausage is and how it can benefit you during your early morning rise.
